1. Certificate FAQ’s

Do we get any certificate after completion of the course?
Yes, a Certificate will be awarded after successful completion of the course and project work.

Can we see the sample of certificate?
Yes. For sample certificate, visit the ‘Certificate Verification’ page on our website.

Can my employer or myself verify the Certificate on the website?
Yes. We have a database of certificates of all our students available on our website. If anyone wishes to verify the authenticity of the certificate, they can search using the Certificate ID provided on the certificate.

Is the Certificate valid throughout the world?
Yes. We are an accredited training company registered by the Government and our Certificates can be attested by the Govt of India. It will be valid in all countries.

2. Online Course FAQ’s

Are courses available for doing Online Training?
Yes. Currently we have Online Training for all Courses.

How can I submit my assignments if I am opting for online course?
You have a choice to submit the completed assignments either through WhatsApp or mail us at mail@edgescom.in

If I am unable to complete my online course within stipulated time, do you provide any extension?
Yes, one extension is provided.

What type of system features are required for carrying out on online courses?
Any type of system with basic configuration and preferably with 4GB RAM and good internet connectivity.

I am a student from outside India. What will be my Fee structure?
An extra 20% over the regular Course fees will be charged to students pursuing their courses from abroad. This applies to NRI’s and foreign nationals.

Do I need laptop or tab for online training?
Yes

I am working in USA/Europe/Canada/Australia - can I do these courses online?
Yes

What is the Strength of Each Batch?
We have kept the batch size limited so that we can concentrate on each and every student for personal attention.

What is the primary language you are using for these classroom trainings?
English. But if required, Urdu/Telugu/Arabic, etc can also be used.

Can I Get study material other than English language?
No

Is Our institute approved by any body?
Our institute is Accredited by CPD, United Kingdom. Also we are ISO 9001:2015 Certified and we are NSDC approved training provider.

Is there any age limit for this course?
No

What if I want to take a break while doing the course?
A period of 3 months is given to the students after the formal course completion date to finish their courses. After these 3 months, student has to retake admission and start the course from the beginning as the admission will be cancelled.

4. Placement FAQ’s

Is placement assured after the Training program?
EDGE SCOM provides 100% satisfaction guaranteed learning experience to its trainees; the courses designed are very comprehensive and aligned with the industry job requirements. We provide the details of jobs available on our WhatsApp groups. We assist the trainees in preparing a professional resume, provide comprehensive interview question & answers, and guide them continuously for job placements. Our students are working in good positions across the globe. We cannot take credit for their accomplishments as they have done the hard and smart work. We just channelised them and provided with correct guidance to steer their careers. Fees charged is only for training and we cannot guarantee job after completion of the course as it is beyond our scope of service, although most of our students get placed after the training.

5. General FAQ’s

Do you conduct Classes on Government Holidays and Sundays?
No, on Sundays and Government holidays we will not be conducting the classes.

How many Branches do you have across India?
We have only one branch located in Abids, Hyderabad.

Is Hostel Accommodation available for the trainees?
Yes, third party hostel accommodation is available for the trainees.
Approximately INR 4000/- to 5000/- per month for food and shared accommodation. Although students can choose hotels also depending on their affordability.
All the hostels and hotels are within 1 km radius to EDGE-SCOM.

NOTE: a) More choice is available for Hostel Accommodations, Private/Individual Accommodation beyond the 1 km radius range
b) For International trainees the accommodation and food charges per month may be approximately INR 15,000/-

What is the nearest landmark to EDGE-SCOM?
Most famous landmark around our center is Haj House, Assembly Metro station. Khan Lateef Khan Estate and Udai Omni Hospital.

6. Fees & Refunds FAQ’s

Can I pay the fees in instalments?
Yes, you can pay in two instalments for courses which have duration of over one month i.e., 60% at the time of registration and balance in two weeks’ time. For fast-track batches and courses which have duration less than 30 days, you have to pay the full amount at the time of registration

Do I have to pay the course fee in advance before joining the course?
Yes. You can pay a minimum amount of Rs. 1,000/- in advance to reserve your seat for any of the courses as we have limited seats. The balance amount can be paid on the date of joining.

Can there be any discount for this course?
This course fee is same for everyone irrespective of any gender, cast, nationality, economic status, etc.

Can I get refund?
Once admission procedure got over and payment is being made for any of the offered courses, paid amount is non-refundable/non-transferable under any kind of circumstances as per company policy. Please clarify all your doubts before taking the admission only. We have trained more than 2000 students since 2011 and no one felt the need to cancel or drop their course. We can provide flexibility to complete the courses by providing additional time. We do not entertain return in any circumstances.
