Shipping & Delivery

At EDGE SCOM, we provide digital training courses and consulting services, which are primarily delivered online through our LMS platform, live sessions, or downloadable resources. As such, no physical shipping is required for our services.

For any consulting-related reports or materials that require delivery, we will provide them via email or a secure online portal.

Access to Digital Products

  • Once a course is purchased, access will be granted immediately or within 24 hours, depending on the verification process.
  • If you do not receive access within the stipulated time, please contact our support team for assistance.

Consulting Service Delivery

For consulting services, the delivery time and format will be outlined in the agreed project scope. Depending on the complexity, deliverables may be provided in phases and shared via email, cloud storage, or our LMS system.

Refunds & Cancellations

Once admission procedure got over and payment is being made for any of the offered courses, paid amount is non-refundable/non-transferable under any kind of circumstances as per company policy. Please clarify all your doubts before taking the admission only. Our email address is : mail@edgescom.in
