STUDENTS TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Admission is confirmed only after completion of registration and payment of applicable fees.
2. Course fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Students must maintain required attendance, discipline, and professional conduct throughout the program.
4. The Institute provides training, mentoring, internship, and career guidance; job or placement is not guaranteed and depends on student performance and market conditions.
5. All training materials and content remain the intellectual property of the Institute and must not be shared or reproduced without permission.
6. By enrolling, the student consents to the use of their name, photograph, testimonials, project work, and professional achievements for the Institute’s website, social media, and promotional content, only where the Institute played a role in their training or internship. No financial claim shall arise from such usage.
7. Students who discontinue after course commencement are not eligible for fee refunds.
8. Non-payment of fees or misconduct may result in suspension or termination of access to training.
9. All official communication may be made via WhatsApp, email, or phone.
10. Enrollment implies full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
